So I just bought this laptop from a pawnshop and the former owner did not factory reset and now I'm trying to figure out how to get all of her info off here

You can perform a CLEAN install Windows 10
(a) Download Windows 10 ISO from the following link and save on your computer,
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
(b) Mount downloaded load ISO file as virtual DVD,
(c) Right click Setup and select Run as Administrator,
The process will take from around 45mins to 2 hours and it will reboot few times.
Note: If not enough room on your machine, you can use USB flash drive.
