I recently sold two laptops but cannot figure out how to delete them from HP Support Assistant Version: 9.33.28.0

HP Support Assistant generally fully supports just one local system for the purpose of actual updates.

True - Other HP systems might be added to the list -- the extra's are typically a "monitor only" addition.

 

Remove unwanted HP devices from HP Support Assistant in Settings.

Note that you have to be signed into HPSA.
