From the very moment I received and used the laptop, I had 2 GB of RAM reserved by hardware. Following from this article https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-13-ar0000-x360-convertible-pc/26084836/model/27905875/d... it can be assumed that the RAM is reserved to support the Microsoft PlayReady function. It is for this reason that I am interested in how to disable it, because it is of no use, and the RAM will be even what.
If you know how to disable this feature or another solution to the problem with reserving RAM, please share it. Thank you for your attention and possible help.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
There is no option to disable the reserved RAM. However, the RAM will be utilized by the operating when needed so there is no need to disable it.
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
