Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi;

I have a question about charging funtion of my "HP Envy m6  ":

How can I disable "battery charging" function in windows 10? Is there any "advanced setting change" or "software"  that  make the battery discharging when it is full charged while plugging in? , because it is built-in battery

Not sure I understand what you are trying to do. There is no setting to discharge the battery while plugged in. There is builtin circuitry to stop power going to battery when fully charged if that is what you are referring to.
