How to disconnect / remove HP Drive Encryption

Здравствуйте! Больше года идет интерпретация диска,% не показывает.  Drive Encryption не работает с HP? 
Я пытаюсь удалить его, чтобы он обновлялся на  Windows 10  , но она не выходит. Перед удалением необходимо отключить  Drive Encryption в разделе HP Security Manager. Замкнутый круг Как отключить / удалить  HP Drive Encryption?
