Notebook HP Probook 430 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP probook 430 G5 with Intel graphics UHD 620 integrated. The problem I'm currently faceing is that the graphic dravers were updated to the latest version available that is Intel graphics DCH (version 27.20.100.8853). Even thought they should be supported, since the update I have encountered different problems (mostly lag on the screen, from watching videos in full screen mode to just moving the mouse). I tried disinstalling such drivers, but every time they automatically reinstall, even if I disabilitated the automatic update of drivers. How can I fix this? Is there a way to block these graphic drivers from being reinstalled?

Hi:

If you believe that graphics adapter update is causing an issue, download the Hide Windows Update utility.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hide-windows-updates-or-driver-updates-5df410a1-90f7-b74...

Uninstall the update, restart the PC, run the hide windows update utility.

It should show the update, and you check the box to hide the update and that will prevent it from reinstalling unless you run the utility again and select the option to unhide the update and check the box to unhide it.
