This laptop didn't come with HP Orbit preinstalled. I cicked on the link.  It didn't work.

Exactly what didn't work?

1-the link didn't  download the install files?

2- files downloaded but failed install?

3-???

Btw-I'm not sure you can install on a laptop that wasn't shipped with it.

I had to uninstall my HP Orbit from my laptop, as when I tried opening it from the menu when you press the Windows key, it still would not open. I even went into task manager and closed it then re-launched it but still does not work. The download link you sent for HP Orbit, well I downloaded it and it enters the Wizard, and then it launches a command prompt looking screen that is blanc, and then after a few seconds, it dissapears. Do you think you can help me?
