Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello everyone, I recently bought a hp laptop 15.6-inch AMD Ryzen 3 and I need to download respondus lockdown browser on it in order to take an exam for my class but whenever I try to do so it says that the app is not compatible with my device. I have a basic computer I cannot believe it's not compatible with it, I know there must be something I can do I just do not know what. Does anyone know what I can do to download it asap?? I really appreciate the help have an amazing day.

I think it is not free, you need to pay to get it.
