HP OMEN 15-dh0001ur
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a powerbank with support for the power delivery 40 watts, after connecting it to the laptop, nothing happens and the battery continues to run out.

Although in the characteristics of usb c there is support for power delivery.

Maybe someone knows how to activate charging on usb c?

The specs of your machine is

Did it come with USB-C charger ? It requires a very heavy 200 W AC power adapter . Please check

I know HP USB-C 65W/90W chargers won't work. I also know people can use Dell USB-C 180W charger but since it is from a different vendor therefore I would not say it is compatible. You can try at your own risk.
