Hi @db792,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

You can enlarge an image quickly using any of these simple methods. No technical steps required.

1: Zoom inside the image (Fastest)

  1. Open the image (Photos app or any viewer)
  2. Hold Ctrl on the keyboard
  3. Scroll the mouse wheel up to zoom in
    (Scroll down to zoom out)

✔ Works in Photos, browsers, and most apps

2: Use Windows Magnifier (Very easy)

This enlarges everything on the screen.

  1. Press Windows + + (plus key) → zoom in
  2. Press Windows + – (minus key) → zoom out
  3. Press Windows + Esc → exit Magnifier

✔ Best if the image text/details are small

3: Enlarge the image using the Photos app buttons

  1. Double‑click the image to open it
  2. Click the Zoom (+) icon at the bottom
  3. Use Ctrl + + or Ctrl + –

4: Increase display scaling (makes images & text bigger everywhere)

  1. Right‑click desktop → Display settings
  2. Under Scale & layout
  3. Change Scale to 125% or 150%

✔ Makes images, text, and icons larger system‑wide

5: Full‑screen the image

  1. Open the image
  2. Press F11 (or double‑click the image)

✔ Fills the screen without changing resolution

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
