Hi @Gamze2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

o exit the Boot Menu on your HP laptop, you can follow these steps.

  • Press the Esc Key: If you're in the Boot Menu, simply pressing the Esc key should bring you back to the main screen.
  • Select Exit Option: If you see an "Exit" option in the Boot Menu, you can use the arrow keys to navigate to it and press Enter.
  • Restart the Laptop: If the above methods don’t work, you can restart your laptop by holding down the power button until it turns off, then turn it back on. This will also exit the Boot Menu.
  • Remove Any Bootable Devices: If your laptop keeps booting into the Boot Menu, ensure that any USB drives or external devices are removed, as they can prompt the laptop to enter the Boot Menu.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
