HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2K3D8AV)

Dated: 19/11/2022

Sir,

Ref: Case ID: [Personal Information Removed]

Ever since having purchased it, I have been facing issues with the laptop. When I got tired from its slow performance & hanging issues, I had to register my complaint to you on 30th September 2022 vide Case No. [Personal Information Removed].

On my complaint you  got cloud recovery and Reset of all settings of my laptop twice. Even after the problem was not solved you got SSD changed.

Again when problem was not solved you registered my case under case ID [Personal Information Removed] and changed SSD and later on motherboard. You also  did cloud recovery of my laptop.

I use my laptop only for normal office work, I usually work on MS word, still I am facing all these issues.

Even after taking all above said steps, my problem is not resolved. Still I am facing the performance issue with my laptop, some of issues I am facing are mentioned below:

  1. Slow in opening  & Closing Files.
  2. Not able to read files, shows error “NOT RESPONDING” (video attached for your reference).
  3. Open files one by one of a folder. (Video attached)
  4. Hangs usually

Sir, I don’t know why you are not able to find out what is exact problem with my laptop. I request you to change my Unit because it is hampering my work also.
