I first had a problem with my laptop back in March, and I still have that problem. I had my laptop repaired twice, and the problem still existed when I opened my laptop the second time. I immediately called HP support and had my case escalated. It took the case manager 2 months to give me a resolution, which did not help me in any way. Any complaints or problems I raise get ignored, and I essentially get a scripted response. How can I get someone who is actually willing to help me with my laptop?
