Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have purchased HP laptop model 15q-ds0026tu  during January 2019. Two days ago accidentally liquid fell on the lap top and the laptop stopped working. After one and half a day it started working but internet was not Woking. Resetting of Windows 10 OS was done. Now the system is asking to enter Product key activation of the O S. Where and how to get the product key.is no known. Please help me in getting the Product key.

Thanking you,

Hi:

Did you install the correct version of Windows?

Your notebook's product specs indicate that your notebook came with W10 Home Single Language from HP.

If you now have internet capability, install the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store and it will show you the installed key and OEM key in the BIOS.

If you have W10 Home SL installed, and the installed key is different than the OEM key, change the installed key to the OEM key to activate Windows 10.

Automatic activation requires an internet connection.
