Hey i recently install a fresh copy of windows 11 and now i don't have the option to use HP command center. Also i cannot find the app on microsoft store. please help me.

Yes please, this is the solution. The Microsoft store is unable to find it when im searching, the store is bloated with other stuff. The link takes you to correct software to ge controll of the in my case Spextre X360 15-blabla

Sold with W10, when clean installing, its hard to get all drivers for non found drivers. So thats really bad, the Spectre is good, but how is it poosible to even not have a W11 section for the chosen operating system.
