Hello,
The wires on my laptop AC adapter have recently become exposed, I have extended coverage and so contacted HP support via WhatsApp. They were very unhelpful and claimed it was just wear and tear so wasn’t covered and needed to buy new power adapter. I pointed out that a power adapter for a £1000 laptop which is under 3 years old shouldn’t just start falling about like that. They were uninterested in my reasoning with them and just repeatedly told me to buy a new one.
