Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ew0000 (549V8AV)

Hi All,

I am using an HP Envy x360, and upon setup, the system asked me if I would like to save energy by only having the active window bright, and graying out all other open windows.

I initially thought it would be a good idea and clicked ok, but it turns out, I hate it. I want to see more than one bright window at a time. However, I cannot figure out how to change this setting. Any suggestions?
