Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How to optimize SSD thumb drive, in USB port E drive of laptop? HP Support refuses to help, claims this question is not covered by warranty, but admits it's easy. Spoke with 5 "Support" and "Warranty" people, you can guess their accents. They refused to let me speak with a further superior or the Legal Department. Anybody else think this sucks? (Or, anybody know how to do it?) Thanks.
