Product: HP Pavilion x360 laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My laptop doesnt come with a disk drive so I bought a portable CD/DVD drive. I can play CDs in media player but not dvds. So I tried downloading VLC player and 5kplayer and media centre. But am still unable to play dvds. UK based.

Does anyone know any apps that work please?

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this software will work.

Hi,

 

Thanks I have clicked the link and downloaded.

 

But when I try to run it, it says this file is corrupt and to find another one.

 

Please advise

You're very welcome.

 

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that issue because I downloaded the file, ran it and it installed Cyberlink PowerDVD 12 just fine for me.

 

No errors, no problems at all.
