HP ENVY 17.3 inch Laptop PC 17-ch1000 IDS Base Model
Microsoft Windows 11

My new Envy laptop will only do a full-screen print shortcut using the FN+Win+Shift since the PRTSCRN key moved from the old location on my previous laptop.

I do not want my ENTIRE desktop copied or printed, just the active window.  How do I do this through a shortcut without a cut/copy/paste in a graphics application?  Do I need to add a CTRL or ALT key to the sequence?

To be clear, what is the shortcut to print just the active window to the clipboard?  I am on a new Envy laptop with Windows11.

TIA,

Sid

Cannot answer what would definitively work on the Envy that is not already covered by the User Guide (around Page 12) or Windows Shortcuts information from Microsoft.
