How to raise a complaint with a service response

The screen cracked on the laptop- probably due to the hinge being faulty, contacted the help numbers and they kept saying its user damage which it is not. How can I complain about this? Its wrong and quite frankly disgusted with the attitude from HP. I googled the fault and its a know issue on line. Any ideas please? there seems to be no email address only directions to a call centre
