I downloaded Exam4 and while attempting a practice exam I encountered a code violation during the security check. The Exam4 support page lists the violation as " Violation 501 indicates Exam4 has detected VMWare on your computer, specifically VMWare Tools. You will need to remove them in order for Exam4 to run. " I am a student with no computer experience have not downloaded purposefully or worked with any WMWare tools. I am running a Windows 10 HP laptop that meets the specifications to run Exam4. I have uninstalled my VPNs, disabled my anitvirus (during the test), and uninstalled any extraneous applications on my computer, of which there are few. Exam4's support team has not provided any guidance on how to locate and remove anything that qualifies as VMWare tools. Any suggestions on how to get my computer to pass the Exam4 security check? Thanks.
