so i had saved my pictures and videos from my iphone on my hp pavilion laptop but with my videos they wont play, they just look like if i took a picture. Any ideas why is that?

Hi,

When you right click on the picture file and go into properties, what kind of file is it?  ex: .jpeg, mp4...

It could be that the PC (media player) does not have the required codec.

Have you tried opening the videos with application such as VLC?
