Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The **bleep** email does not come with PGP email encryption. I believe 365 does. I would like to know the -proper way- to set up PGP-email in order to use HP's PGP --To initiate a subscription to receive future HP Security Bulletin alerts via email-- , and to able to use PGP for personal use. I am using Windows 10 Home version.
