I want to know how to make the F2 and F3 keys stop contolling the brightness and also how to stop the F5 key from rewinding a video. Nothing is wrong I just don't want them to do those actions

If you have a Notebook PC, you may try the steps mentioned in this document - HP Notebook PCs - How to Lock or Unlock the Fn Key
Disabling the Action Keys Mode will require you to press Fn and the F1 through F12 to activate the action keys. This is applicable only for a Notebook PC.
