Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After reinstalling the system I found out that I can't disable the touchpad while using the mouse. It was very convenient for me. Previously, I installed the Synaptics driver for this case. However, now after installing it, it simply does not work, does not appear in the administration list, and other methods also do not work.

Does that mean noone knows the solution to this problem? Give at least a support email so that I can ask directly. Cause it isn't published anywhere.
