Welcome to our HP Community forum!
To be honest, I would advise against automatically updating your HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx.
I would suggest to periodically update your laptop drivers by going to this link: HP Pavilion x360 Laptop- 14m-dw0023dx Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Support.
An additional (free & reliable) driver update service I have found to be very useful would be to use the "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" (IDSA), which you can find/install from here: Intel® Driver & Support Assistant.
You can permanently install the IDSA -and it will notify you when an update becomes available, or use it, install new drivers, and uninstall it.
Reason being is that you want to reduce programs running in the background as much as possible in order to maintain maximum laptop performance.
Kind Regards,
