How can I print the current screen and save it to send to another computer?

When press PrtSc (or Print Screen) key, system will keep contents in clipboard and you can paste to a normal Windows application.

I normally do

(a) Hit PrtSC on keyboard,

(b) Open Windows Paint,

(c) Paste clipboard to Paint (using Ctrl+V),

(d) I can crop, rotate ... then save as an image file (normally .png file), by default it will go to Pictures (or My Pictures) folder.

After that send to someone or copy to somewhere like normal file.

There are few more tricks, Please try
