Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!

Be so kind as to help me because my correspondence with helper "HP Support" on Facebook was ineffective.

I'm goin' to give you a lot of screenshots and links for best understanding what's goin' on my laptop.

I have my НР Elite-book 820 G3 laptop. Serial Number  5CG7524PSG.

The main thing I'm not able to wake up my laptop from standby  except button "Power on/off". I'd like to wake up laptop by any keys. There is a resolution I found in internet https://prnt.sc/26j9nw1 but I haven't some options. Looking at the screenshot https://prnt.sc/26j9nw1 it shows that I have not "HID Keyboard Device" driver installed.

I encountered your video https://youtu.be/DAo1_7v9Ff4?t=57 and again, I have not this driver and don't know where I can get this one.

The thing is I'm not sure whether I need to install that "HID keyboard" or not. I guess it would help me, probably. You should tell me.

I checked "HP Support Assistant" updates https://prnt.sc/26jdcdn twice and again I cannot see the appropriate update I needed.

I turned my Windows updates off permanently. The last updates were installed in December 2021. I do not need them. Using Win-10 /64, ver20H2. It seems to me I should install some HID Keyboard Device Driver.

In conclusion I want to repeat myself - my issue is not when I type and when I press on any keys in order to wake up from standby my laptop. I can wake up laptop through the only key "Power on/off". That's the thing about.

Some people have the same issues with the same laptop. No solutions was found. https://www.reddit.com/r/pop_os/comments/d8e004/hp_elitebook_820_g3_doesnt_wake_up_from_standby/  (below I asked for them to share with the problem as well)
