Hello guys, i bought new laptop (hp 15s-eq3013nt 68n45ea). I installed windows 11. Everything is ok but when i watch video in fullscreen (outside youtube) my laptop is freezing. Also i installed cs go 2. I have just 20-30fps (low settings). I don't know why. In tests on YouTube they get 70-100 fps.
I checked windows update. I also reinstalled the graphics card from HP's own website (Of course I removed it first). But nothing changed. Please help me!
ryzen 5 5625u - 8gb ram - win11
edit: I tried it on windows 10. same as other. Maybe it's not related to the graphics card, I don't know. So what's it about?
