Hi, @Ray2110
HP does not have any of that software available for download.
Perhaps if you check to see if your notebook is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool you can use that to create a bootable USB recovery drive that should reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility...you will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

You're very welcome.
Sorry, that didn't work to restore all of the programs that came with your notebook.
Since those files are not included on the support page as separate downloads, I don't know of any way you will be able to get them again.
There is a 'coolsense-type' app you can get from the Microsoft Store which you can see if it works for your notebook:

Okay thank you, I think it was not preinstalled because in my memory there was no such software, and that I had Windows 10s so I think it reinstalled me everything because it gave me Windows 10s while I had left it thank you for all this is instructions.

You're very welcome.
But as I wrote earlier, none of those programs are available for download on your notebook's support page for W10 or W11, so at one time they must have been included with the HP factory image that I was hoping the cloud recovery tool would 100% restore.
