I'm trying to find the most updated graphics driver to play a game. Unfortunately the game continues to crash every time i open it up. I am figuring it is because of the graphics driver o n why it continues to crash. Any help on the specific driver i may need and exactly how to go about installing it to continue playing my game without crashes every couple minutes or less. Thanks!

Hi @Jrace1217,
Welcome to HP Forums!
I have read your post and wanted to help.
I understand that the game keeps crashing on your laptop. You want to update the graphics driver to fix the problem.
I will need the product number of your laptop to check the graphics driver. HP Notebook PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
Looking forward to your reply!

I have downloaded the driver that you gave me the link to but for some reason, it told me at the end of everything that my computer doesnt meet the minimum requirements to install the driver. It also didnt give any reasons at all to why it wouldnt finish installing. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
