Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I updated windows 10 64bit, bluetooth not showing in device manager, Could somebody help me solve this issue?

Hi:

 

If there is no Bluetooth device manager category, then the BT was turned off during the upgrade.

 

See if you can turn the BT back on by making a bootable Ubuntu installer from the link below.

 

https://ubuntu.com/download

 

Boot from the Ubuntu installer, and select the option to 'Try Ubuntu without installing.'

 

Then turn on the Bluetooth radio in Ubuntu.

 

Shut down the PC.

 

Remove the Ubuntu installer.

 

Turn on the PC, and when you get into Windows, the BT device manager category should be present.

 

There is no guarantee that the Bluetooth hardware your notebook has will work with W10.

 

The bluetooth doesn't work on most notebooks made in 2011 or earlier.

 

Depends on what model wifi/Bluetooth adapter your notebook has.
