Hi Support
I'm used Probook 6560B and install windows 8.1 pro x64,
i want to install hp protect tool for fingerprint but Software don't appear in download list (I saw figerprint driver only)

You should be able to use the W8.1 HP ProtectTools Security Manager software from the 6570b...
HP ProtectTools Security Manager provides enhanced Windows loginand website single-sign-on capabilities. Security Manager is alsothe host for HP ProtectTools plugins and should be installed beforeother ProtectTools modules. This package is provided for supportednotebook models running a supported operating system.

Hi:
Since I don't use the fingerprint scanner or the protect tools software on my HP business notebooks, unfortunately, I would not be able to help you with that.
There should be a help menu in the Protect Tools software, or you can read the instructions for how to use Protect Tools at the link below...
