Product: HP Slate 21

Hi I had bouught HP slate 21 in 2014. I used it till 2018. Now I tried to use it again, but finding two issues. 1) Cant update APPs like Youtube or Google Maps or Chrome.. After clicking on UPDATE link, it just hangs. 2) I cant find popular apps like NETFLIX of PRIME on Play Store. Pls help
