Dear HP Support,

I recently purchased an HP Spectre x360 2022, and I'm facing a significant battery drain issue. Even in its first month of use, the battery does not last more than 2-3 hours, which is quite concerning. Additionally, if I charge the battery to 100% and don't use the laptop for 2-3 days, the battery completely drains to 0%.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Could you please provide guidance or steps to troubleshoot and fix this battery issue? I appreciate any support you can provide to help me extend the battery life of my laptop.
