I have a problem with my new Hp spectre x360 9th Gen laptop, I formatted SSD by accidentally. I want to install the system with the factory setup. I tried to download the recovery media through HP Cloud Recovery Tool. But the file is not downloading, getting error network connection always. Can you help me to get the direct link to download Hp cloud recovery tool? Hope someone can help me with this situation or from HP Support!!

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, we wouldn't be able to help you with why the cloud recovery tool isn't working, but you can also reinstall W10 using the media creation tool to create installation media.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Since your notebook is still under warranty with HP, you can also contact HP technical support in your country and submit a support case under the warranty...
