Hp Victus 16 opens fan while watching video on browser or etc. on eco mode

Hello, even though I'm using my hp victus 16 r0071nt in eco mode via Omen Gaming Hub, my CPU temperature reaches 55 degrees Celsius even when watching videos through the browser, and the fans turn on, lower the temperature to 40 degrees, and then turn off. It's a constant cycle. Is there any way to use this device while doing non heavy activities  without the fans? The device is only 3 months old, and I haven't had any cooling problems; I'm testing it in games.

I understand how it can be to hear the fans spin up when you’re only doing light tasks like watching videos. 

Could you please confirm which browser you’re using when this happens :

Whether the device is running on battery or plugged in

If you’ve noticed this behaviour outside of video playback (like while browsing or idle)

Here are a few steps you can try right away:

Update BIOS and drivers: Outdated firmware or drivers can cause fan control issues. Use HP Support Assistant or the HP website https://support.hp.com/  to check for updates.

Check Omen Gaming Hub settings: Make sure eco mode is applied correctly. Sometimes switching between modes and restarting helps reset fan profiles.

Adjust Windows power plan: Set your power plan to “HP Recommended” or “Balanced” instead of “High Performance.” This can reduce CPU activity during light tasks.

Clean background processes: Even light browsing can trigger CPU spikes if background apps are running. Check Task Manager for anything unusual.

Update browser: Some browsers use hardware acceleration differently, which can affect CPU temps. Try disabling hardware acceleration in browser settings as a test.

First, thank you for your help,i have tried chrome,edge,opera but the result is same.I tried both on battery and plugged in.Also fan problem is not just for while browsıng, i had the same problem while i was just searching in my e text book in my files. My drivers are the latest version.Windows power plan is setted balanced mode.I have checked background applications and i dıdnt see any problem,my cpu usage around between %3-%5.Cpu spikes may cause the problem.Should i create new windows plan for light works and arrange the max cpu usage %70?
