Microsoft Windows 11

Help,  my partner, then partner gifted on my bday 2023 an hp laptop.  I had some problems with it as soon as used it.  Michael and I had separated btw.

i had some hacking issues and noticed some nearby devices although I switched the setting off.  It still remained. I even changed the protocol I think to jail. It did work for a bit but it got worse, more nearby shares. It became a game changing anything from dynamic to static, up addresses anything.

finally I desperately needed it and used it.

I needed to factory reset and more problems and accessed the bios, still no joy.

tried dos and checked folders. No personal files of course but 2 trace files. I googled file name and ms link summary showed harassment won’t be tolerated.       I guess, I didn’t click on link, that anyone with this file is being harassed, (not me harassing them)

what do you think ?
