Hp connection manager/ wireless assistant

I want to download hp wireless assistant or connection manager in windows 7 32 bit HP 430 notebook pc but didn't found any driver or software online so how can I download it and please share it because in my pc F12 button is not working and it shows orange colour means turned off at hardware level it happens to me more than 3-4 times but for that scenario i reinstall drivers , and it fixed but now I want permanent solution please someone help it shows 'x' sign on wifi button in taskbar and shows no internet connection available, help me

I believe that the HP Wireless Assistant is too old to use for your notebook.

on downloading assistant 3.5 it shows it is not supported on your device and on 4.0 it said assistant stopped working. So what i do now i tried so many wireless assistant manager or connection manager but none of them worked , after downloading it shows cannot load assembly . bla bla , I don't know what to do , someone suggest any connection manager or assistant which will work on HP 430 Notebook PC
