I have the same questions, Terry. But, honestly, you're wasting your time here asking questions. HP is a lousy company and it's evidenced by the lack of quality customer service agents and even a customer retention policy.

You're much better off looking for answers to your questions on the internet than in HP forums.

My experience so far has been that one or both of these two drivers (installed on my computer on Jan 4 2024) has caused my bluetooth HP Travel Mouse to unpair from my HP Elitebook every time I power down.  Very frustrating.  Please get this sorted out HP.
