Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15m-es1000 (446V8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi my hp envy 360 stop working 

It will come up but the touch screen won't work the key board and the touch pad don't work either at this point I can only use as external mouse to get in my computer and do any thing I've tried everything even went to geek squad they couldn't get it working all I di was flip it open then flipped it back then froze up and hasn't been the same since
