Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1751ms

Hello Everyone ,

 

Hp laptop model 15-dy1751ms does not turn on and the power light keeps blinking, tried all the basic troubleshooting but still it does not turn on. Does this model has a non-replace battery? 

 

Please help what can be done for it to turn on and how can I know what the issue is?
