Hello HP i have a problem with my laptop when i go to sleep my laptop my usb ports not charge phone but when i wake up pc start charge i want to make my laptop to charge phone via usb in sleeping mode.
I try Device Manager not working.
I try Power Options on change plan not working.
I don't have option in Bios for USB ports or USB Wake something..
So my laptop is hp 15-r152nu and how can i fix this ?

Hi,
Please go to Device Manager and turn on option to allow USB port(s) to supply power when sleep
(a) Open Device Manager,
(b) Expand USB section,
(c) Right click USB host and select Properties,
(d) Go to power management tab and untick "allow the computer ..... ",
(e) Click Ok
