Product: OMEN 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-b0000 (472J1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently I bought Hp omen 16. After lunching the device, the Omen light studio did not work for me. It says that this device is not supported by OMEN light studio. Due to this issue, I could not use my RGB backlight of my device. Please help me to fix this issue.

The message says all.

 

When opening your machine the first time, did you see 4 zones keyboard similar to

 

             omen kb.png
