Hallo,

Ik heb geprobeert mijn hp laptop te resetten, maar deze gaf vervolgens een foutmelding. Volgens de laptop viel er niks te resetten en kreeg ik de optie hem opnieuw op te startten. Hier heb ik voor gekozen, naar dit resulteerde in dat hij crashte en dat ik hem handmatig opnieuw heb opgestart. Nu wil de laptop wel aangaan en doet mijn muis het, maar het scherm zelf blijft zwart. Geen van de toetsen geeft een reactie, behalve dan dat het lichtje bij de caps-lock gaat braden zodra ik hem indruk, zoals gewoonlijk. Nu vraag ik me dus af hoe ik dit kan fixen. Ik heb mijn laptop hard nodig voor school, maar zo kan ik er natuurlijk helemaal niks mee.
