Hello, I own omen 2020 and i had 3 year warranty coverage now since my warranty about to expire i got notification on hp assistant to extend and there was link of carepack  https://www.hp.com/in-en/shop/hp-1-year-post-warranty-next-business-day-onsite-notebook-service-un08... 

And before buying i called hp technical support team to confirm they told me yes you can extend 1 more year and that sale team will call me 

but sale calls come from arm infoserve

(3rd party) and they send payment emails details from a 3rd party email  it looks soo fishy , why hp redirecting me to 3rd party when care pack available on hp store

I see that you are trying to extend the warranty on your HP device.

Am sorry to hear that the link is leading you to a 3rd party website and suggest you not to use that link.
