Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hp support assistant identifies the wrong product name but the product number and serial number are correct. Support assistant shows product name: 14-ak1864ng, but right is 14-ck1864no. Will I be referred to the correct drivers anyway? Or is something wrong.

Either way, you would be directed to the support page for the 14-ck1xxx support page, where you can find all of the drivers for your notebook.

The 'no' model is sold in Scandinavia and the 'ng' model is sold in Germany.
