Buongiorno sul PC con Windows 11 ho installato la versione 135667 di Support Assistant sul sito Hp ho provato a riscaricare ora è la versione 136195ho provato a installare ma da errore Falled to extract Cab !     Come posso risolvere?  ·

Hi, I have the same question, and error.

Thing is, I can't install the new version 9 of support assistant software because the sp136195.exe file fails to extract. Tried everything...see my other post if you will.
