Product: Victus 16s 0095ax
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought victus 16 s0095ax from an hp world. Bofore 3 days i asked them to upgrade the warranty, and they did. But the reply mail says it was rejected (reason- duplicate registration). Need help....
